Wilde Cafe & Spirits
Named after eccentric playwright Oscar Wilde, this place has an atmosphere like no other. The decor is Victorian, suiting the namesake perfectly and providing a unique environment for the cafe. As the name implies, they serve both coffee and alcoholic drinks, so it’s a good hangout any time of the day. Alcohol will only be served to adults over the legal drinking age. Drink responsibly and don’t drink and drive.
Corner Coffee
This cozy place is perfect for relaxing and taking in the local art that they hang on the walls. The menu is packed with a delicious array of cafe fare, as well as many coffee and espresso drinks. There are also several locations in the city, so there’s never a shortage of a good cup around here. If you don’t feel like going out, they offer a coffee subscription that will ship your favorite beans to you every month!
Uncommon Grounds
Residing in a renovated Victorian home, this place has been voted Best Coffeehouse and it’s easy to see why. The decor is unique, including a mirrored bar alcove, booths, and a brass ceiling. Outside, they have a front patio and a wraparound porch that’s perfect for people-watching. When it comes to drinks, they have a vintage espresso machine from Italy and their delicious chai is award-winning.
FRGMNT Coffee
This multi-roaster cafe is new on the scene, having only opened at the end of 2019, but they’ve already made a big impact in the community. They partner with many other businesses and roasters, both locally and globally, to bring you the best coffee around. They also offer a coffee subscription service, with featured roasters providing high-quality beans shipped to you for your convenience.
