The exterior body style of the 2021 Acura TLX makes it look more like a fierce sports car than a sedan. Engine (Power)
If you are looking for sheer power with high torque ratings in your engine, go with the 2021 Acura TLX. It has two available engine options. The first is a turbocharged 2.0-liter DOHC V-6 engine with VTEC granting 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. A more potent 3.0-liter V-6 is set to become available later in the model's run, providing 355 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. Every version of this remarkable sedan comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The transmission has auto-manual mode shifting and overdrive features.
Performance
All four trim levels are available with either front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive. One of the most impressive features of the 2021 Acura TLX is its torque-vectoring rear-biased Super-Handling All-Wheel-Drive system. This system has 40 percent more rear torque capacity and 30 percent more front-to-rear torque transfer capacity. This system carefully distributes torque to generate the ideal ride. Other performance features include an automatic adaptive damper system with driver control, four-wheel independent suspension, an electro-mechanical limited-slip differential system, and speed-sensing steering.
Interior
The 2021 Acura TLX seats five comfortably and comes with a large number of entertaining and convenient interior features. Its entertainment features include smart device integration, SiriusXM satellite radio, speed-sensitive volume, a digital signal processor, and an exceptional set of 17 premium Acura/ELS surround sound speakers. This Acura's convenience features include a smart entry proximity key, a heated steering wheel, a hands-on steering-assist cruise control system, one-touch-down power windows, a GPS navigation system, and seats with memory settings. A convertible sunroof with FOB controls and a day-night rear-view mirror are standard equipment.
